In my never ending quest to photograph new and exciting things, I decided to take on the challenge of photographing the newly formed USL League 1 Pro soccer team Forward Madison FC.
After King of the Hammers and planning for 100 Acre Wood Rally I realized that navigation off the grid was going to be important for shooting this type of racing going forward.
Rally Racing has always eluded me in my quest for new photography adventures, but not this year. I made the jump to photograph two rallies this year.
Something I have always wanted to do is experience and photograph the King of the Hammers off-road racing event in Johnson Valley, California; and this year it became a reality.

Just outside Madison, Wisconsin lies Columbus 151 Speedway. It's a family owned semi-banked quarter mile oval, a classic Midwest circle track, and home to Friday night stock car races throughout the summer.
Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin is a 4.048-mile asphalt track with 14 turns. The American Le Mans Series made its first visit to Road America on July 7, 2002, and is a favorite track for drivers in all classes.
